Proposal For Phantasy: Chinese Food - Congee

Target Audience:[Youth 13- 25]

Primary Audience - Chinese Youth who don't know how to cook congee

and wants to learn how to cook some Chinese congee

overseas students / wives learning how to cook congee

Concept:

Introduce Chinese food origin and Portray them in different perspective

Which Category? Congee

Why this Category? cause its easy to cook and its therapeutic

Objectives:

Understand more about Chinese Congee and reasoning behind the ingredients

[leaving the site with the knowledge of Chinese Congee, from the Origins to the making of it.]

Value:

Now the Sites only give static information on *Yin Yang Wu Xing, Congee, and the Origins

However, we want to link all these information together

So, in this site, we show Yin

With the origins of the food and in an interactive way

So, in this site, we show this information [*ying yang wu xing and how to use it]

*yin yang wu xing is one of the examples of the Chinese science unless we can’t find other Chinese science, then we just stick to yin yang wu xing
